Can PC Solutions upgrade my computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11?
Yes! Most PCs that originally came with Windows 10 can be upgraded. For older systems, like those with Windows 7 or 8, an upgrade isn’t recommended.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are done the same day or the next day. If we need to order parts, the repair might take 2–5 days. Don’t worry—we can track the part and give you an estimated completion date.
Do you sell refurbished desktops and laptops?
Yes! We refurbish all our computers in-house and back them with a 90-day warranty, so you can feel confident in your purchase.
Does PC Solutions recycle electronics?
Absolutely. We accept computers, printers, and monitors for $5 each, and flat-screen TVs for $20. The fee helps cover secure data destruction, sorting, and delivery to the right recycling facilities.
Can you repair printers?
Yes, we repair all brands of printer. For home use printers the charge is $35, and larger business printers are $65 plus parts if needed. If a repair isn’t possible, there’s no charge for our attempt.
Do you install smart TVs or audio/video equipment?
Yes! We’ll come to your home and professionally set up smart TVs and audio/video devices, making it easy and hassle-free.
Can you custom-build a computer?
Definitely! We build computers to match your exact needs—from simple everyday use to high-performance gaming.
Do you guarantee your work?
We sure do. If your computer has the same issue within 10 days of a repair, we’ll take another look and make sure it’s resolved. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
How do I know my data is safe at PC Solutions?
Your data is safe with us. Devices brought in for repair keep your personal data intact, while recycled computers have their data securely erased. Our networks are fully encrypted for maximum security, and we maintain real-time video recording to ensure safety for both you and our team.
Does PC Solutions work on Apple Macs?
Yes! We repair Apple desktops, and laptops, often at a fraction of the cost charged by big-box stores, without compromising quality or service.
